Ms-Thesis

Effectiveness of Mindfulness Meditation and Guided Imagery Relaxation in Reducing Career Decision Making Difficulties of University Students.

Currently, I am doing this research project as a part of my MS-Thesis work.

Near the end of their studies, many students find it difficult to choose an appropriate career path. Exploring how mindfulness meditation and guided imagery relaxation can assist students in navigating career decisions is a valuable and distinctive perspective. These techniques might have a positive impact on mental well-being and decision-making processes. Investigating their effects in such a critical period could provide valuable insights for supporting students in their career choices.
